We are looking for a full-time talented and competitive Inside Sales Agents that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective Inside Sales Agent must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

*Must be living in Barcelona city*
Calling and emailing using scripts and templates
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how services meet their needs
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Contacting leads, or existing customers
Answer questions about products or the company
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Proven inside sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
